Billing Solutions
Pentagon have many bespoke and customised solutions in the marketplace for billing. We can integrate with most ERP or event recording systems, including our own Time and Attendence solutions, for billing.


Human Resources Management
Pentagon have developed a HR Management suite that can be deployed either on a client LAN or hosted by Pentagon remotely.

This system can store and track all of your employee details and history. Police certificates, training and associated costs, rostering, leave allocation tracking and approval are some of the other functions available.


Time and Attendance
Our HR solutions also offer time and attendance functionality with various options for integration to recording mechanisms such as card swipe hardware, SMS Text, email, IVR or employee self service. We implement automated rules for permitted absence and overtime and we integrate to most main payroll products.

These time and attendance records can be associated with a project at the time of recording or by supervisors for more sophisticated tracking of worked hours. These project records can be either configured within the system or sourced from other systems.

Rich reporting options allow KPI definition and automated email of reports to supervisors relating to time and leave. Exception reports can be generated and sent in the same manner. The reporting options cover European legislation for working hours.


Complaints Management
Government regulations for organisations receiving funding require a comprehensive complaints process. Pentagon have implemented several bespoke and integrated solutions to meet these requirements for both regulatory and good practice reasons. In all cases the solutions incorporate alerts by SMS and/or email, automated email of key performance indicators and a suite of reports.


Stock Management/Manufacturing
Pentagon have a number of bespoke and customised stock management solutions in the marketplace. These application reside on a variety of different platforms and integrate to different hardware depending on the requirements of the client.

These solutions answer specific stock management functions as well as goods received, bill of materials, order fulfilment and more.

Laboratory Information Management Systems
Pentagon have a LIMS solution in the marketplace for over seven years. This solution functions to reduce the overhead on audit and job tracking as well as streamline the daily operations of the lab. This solution also integrates to either stock or bespoke billing systems based on either job or certificate billing.
